DitaMontana was born in Houston TX in the early 90s. She studied fine arts in grade school & college where she obtained a multitude of lifelong colleagues and extensive art knowledge. Throughout her many years as an artist, both novice and professional, Dita has built rapport with fellow artists and collectors. Her work has been purchased domestically and internationally, in places like England, France, Canada, The United Kingdom and South Africa.

Her creative work includes large paintings, installation art and sculptures. Her artwork also explores the relationship between abstract, cubism and surrealism. With influences like Picasso, Frida Kahlo and Keith Haring, new synergies are created from older and modern inspirations. She believes art is cross-disciplinary so knowledge and skill in one area, positively influenced her in another area.
"The eyes are the windows to the soul and I believe I depict the emotion behind them accurately within my artwork. These windows are a recurring theme in my paintings and have deemed me recognizable to the public. Genuine emotion and skill are put into every piece and clients can heavily relate, grasping their own interpretation of the piece. Every piece has a story but it’s up to you to interpret your own”
